FAQ's

There are 2 simple Steps:

Registration.: Log onto www.RDvalentinespecial.rewardzpromo.com & Enter Name, Phone Number, Email ID and Unique Code and click on Submit. On Submission, the customer will receive booking number on the registered email id/mobile number.

Claim.: Consumer visits the Claim page, enters OTP and the name of the Movie, Theatre, date, show time and other mandatory details, confirms the booking request. Consumer can also click on the ‘Click here’ link to get the exact show time and show schedule. [Consumer has to send the booking request a minimum 48 hours to a maximum of 7 days prior the show date/time].

Movie Tickets.: Consumer will receive Confirmation 24 hours prior to your booking date and tickets will be emailed to your registered email ID. Present the Movie Ticket confirmation at BOX Office window to exchange for paper ticket and Enjoy Movies.

No. The tickets cannot be booked directly at the multiplex. Tickets can only be booked by as per the process given above in A1.

Movie vouchers are not transferable.

The last date to register is 31st March 2025.The authentication code received after registration will be valid for 30 days.

Once the tickets are booked you cannot cancel /amend the booking

Yes you will. Do remember to give two unique options of date and multiplex/theatre. The show timings could vary +/- 2 hours.

The Movie vouchers are valid for booking for all day all shows. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.

The seats choice is not available .You will be provided with the best available seats at the time of booking.

No. The booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie.

Tickets can be booked minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 days in advance .Tickets cannot be booked earlier than 7 days as the schedules of the multiplexes are very dynamic and is subject to change over a short notice.

This can only happen if you present the wrong information at the box office. Please remember the number that you have to show is the ticket number and NOT the voucher number or the registration number. The ticket number is the one you receive when you have booked your movie tickets by giving the choice of multiplex and dates. In spite of this should it ever happen that your ticket is not accepted you will be entitled to a full refund of the same by presenting the proof of the same.

Simply put this means that you have to use the voucher for watching a show before 31st of the month. So as not to miss out the use of the voucher, ensure that you request for booking atleast 2 days before the expiry date. The system will not accept your bookings later than that or for screenings beyond the expiry date.

The booking request must be made atleast 2 working days before the expiry date of authentication code.
