This “Valentine Day”/”Herat to Tech” marketing promotional offer (“Offer”) i.e. “Shop for Rs. 10000/- and above and get a couple movie ticket free” (“Offer”) is run by Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Reliance”) in association with its marketing agencies namely CineRewardz, RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (RewardPort),
Offer is open for purchases of products made in a single bill during the Offer Period at RelianceDigital stores of Reliance located across India. Not valid wherever prohibited under law.
Offer is valid/open for all Indian citizens residing in India, 18 years of age or above.
Offer is valid from 8^th February to 31^st March 2025 (“Offer Period”)
Conditions of the Movie Voucher and cinema hall shall apply
Voucher/ Voucher Code to be used only for booking movie tickets and is valid for one-time registration only and cannot be reused.
Last date to register for redemption of Voucher Code is 31st March 2025.
How to redeem the Movie Voucher: (i) scan the QR code displayed at store or visit the weblink: www.RDvalentinespecial.rewardzpromo.com to register the Voucher Code (ii) Fill the details and register for redemption of the Voucher. (iii) Upon submitting the details an OTP will be received on the registered mobile no. for booking movie tickets (iv) OTP received upon registration will remain valid for 30 days from the date of registration for booking two movie tickets (v) Only registered vouchers with valid OTPs within the validity period of 30 days will be processed for booking requests. (vi) Bookings not submitted within the validity period cannot be claimed later (vii) To book a movie ticket, enter the OTP code on the booking tab, select your region, movie, theatre, show date, and time, and click submit (viii) receive confirmation of your booked movie tickets via email and SMS 24 hours before the show time (ix) Booked Tickets will be received on the registered email ID (x) not valid for booking recliner seats, Insignia seats, Onyx Diner seats, Kiddles, or other premium seats or special screenings, if any (xi) Booking requests must be made at least 2 days before the OTP expires. Requests made after the expiry will not be accepted. (xii) Only 1 voucher can be used per household using the same mobile number, name, email ID, and IP address.
This offer is valid until the movie vouchers run out or until the campaign end date, whichever comes first.
CineRewardz/RewardPort/Reliance shall not be held responsible for the quality of seats, movies, or any service discrepancies at the theatre.
The movie voucher covers only the cost of two movie tickets and does not include any other costs including charges for additional services such as food and beverages.
Movie Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference. Show timings may vary by ±2 hours.
Tickets, once issued, cannot be changed or amended.
This voucher has no commercial value. The movie vouchers are non-transferable and non-encashable.
No claims for refunds or cash against unused Voucher will be entertained.
The Offer is valid for a limited period. Registration and booking dates will be as specified on the Voucher or in the email communication.
Direct presentation of the movie Voucher at the theatre will be considered void. The holder of the Voucher must register and use for he voucher on the campaign website.
The voucher holder will receive an email detailing the voucher's value and validity upon successful registration on the campaign website.

The movie vouchers are not applicable to employees, retailers, dealers, stockists, or distributors of RewardPort/ Reliance .
RewardPort/Reliance its clients, agents, and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged scratch cards and reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
RewardPort/Reliance is not responsible for any technical issues including telephone or network malfunctions, software glitches, or hardware failures affecting participation in this promotion.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, RewardPort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion as needed.
RewardPort acts solely as a booking agent and assumes no liability for the services provided by third-party service providers, including theatre management.
Any disputes related to this offer will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai.
